- 200 g peeled and chopped ginger
- 450 ml filter water
- 20 g sugar
- 120 ml mineral water
- Lime juice drops
- 1 lemon slice
Put the filter water in a pot and put heat on for boiling. When this boils, add ginger. Then reduce heat and cook 5 min more. Let this mix rest for 20 min and strain it. Make this syrup in another pot; just dissolve sugar in water and boil this.
